A sprained ankle or wrist can hurt much more than a break and can take days or weeks to heal. To speed healing of a sprain, soak a towel with natural apple cider vinegar
and warm it in the microwave. Wrap the towel around the sprained area, and leave it on for an hour. Repeat if the pain is not gone. You could also use strips of cloth or large gauze bandages.
In a situation without towels, cloth or bandages, you can add the vinegar to dirt or clay and mold this around the strained area.
