TYLENOL & SWELLING / INFLAMMATION
Use Ibuprofen or Aspirin for ailments involving swelling or
inflammation. A few conditions that do involve swelling / inflammation include bites,
broken bones, sprains, psoriasis, shingles, and arthritis.
Tylenol will work on the pain, but not as much as the others
since it does nothing for swelling, or inflammation, which makes pain worse.
SUNBURN RISK VARIES BY LOCATION
The higher you go in altitude, the easier it is to get a sunburn,
since there is less atmosphere to block sunlight and its harmful rays. A sunburn
at high altitude also takes longer to show, so you can have a bad burn longer before
you realize you need to get out of the sun. If your high-altitude location is a ski slope,
