There are many things that go together to heal dry, cracking hands.
Be sure that you haven't eliminted too much fat from your diet.
Drink lots of water to moisturize from within.
Use Glycerine Soap. It locks in moisture.
Wash only the palms of your hands when possible, keeping the backs from getting wet.
Soak your hands in water for 10 minutes, then put on a light layer of Vaseline.
After it soaks in, put on another layer of vaseline.
Take a multivitamin daily.
Use a humidifier
in the house.
Wear gloves outside in the cold or wind.
If you don't have vaseline handy, you can use O'Keeffe's Working Hands.
Polish lots of furniture with lemon oil furniture polish, and don't wash your hands
when you're done. Just rub the lemon oil into your hands.
